SAE 100 R14 is specifically engineered for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. It is an ideal solution for food processing, high-temperature fluid transfer, low-temperature liquid handling, and chemical transfer. This versatile hose serves across multiple industries including machinery, electronics, vehicles, aviation, aerospace, and military applications. Furthermore, it is an outstanding material for hydraulic systems.
SAE 100 R14 utilizes PTFE as the inner tube material. Known as the "King of Plastic", PTFE provides exceptional properties that ensure long-term reliability in demanding environments.
Almost all substances will not adhere to PTFE. Even with a thin layer, it maintains excellent non-stick properties, ensuring smooth flow and easy cleaning.
Exhibits superior heat stability. It can operate constantly at 260℃ for the long term and withstand 300℃ for short durations. It also remains functional in extreme cold without becoming brittle.
Features a very low friction factor (just 0.04). It provides excellent abrasion resistance even under high-pressure conditions and resists sticking during operation.
Highly resistant to chemicals; it can withstand almost all strong acids (including aqua regia), strong alkalis, oxidizing agents, and organic solvents.
As a highly nonpolar material, it offers excellent dielectric properties. Its dielectric constant is approximately 2.0, the smallest among all insulating materials.
Possesses a tensile strength of about 25 Mpa, elongation between 250%-350%, and a toughness rating of 50-65D.
The hose is protected by a stainless steel braid cover. This high-quality braiding provides exceptional protection against external impacts, cuts, and wear, ensuring the longevity and safety of the hydraulic system.
Quality is always the priority. We insist on offering the most cost-effective hose solutions to meet your industrial requirements.
